Q: What are my options?
- Convert your registration fee to a 100% tax-deductible donation to the Minneapolis Public Schools District via the Life Time Foundation to assist them in continuing to safely provide school lunches to their students during this time.
- Receive a refund of your registration fee (minus processing fees)
Q: Can I change my decision?
A: No, once you make your selection your decision is final.
Q: Where do I make my decision?
A: Please make your decision by following these steps:
- Go to our event page
- Select your preferred option
- Click “Continue”
- Login to your account
- Click “Save Decision”
Once you see the green bar appear at the top of the screen saying “Thank you for letting us know your decision.” you are set.
*PLEASE NOTE: You will NOT receive a confirmation when making your selection. The selection tool is to gather the information. Once your selection is submitted, we will process your selection.
RELAY MEMBERS: Only the relay captain’s decision counts for the cancellation
Q: Will I incur any processing fees or additional costs for either option?
A: No, you will not incur any processing fees or additional costs for your registration for either option. We are processing refunds minus the processing fee. The processing fee is charged by a third party and we do not have access to those funds.
Q: When do I have to make my decision?
A: All decisions must be made before July 1, 2020.
Q: I donated my entry fee when can I expect my 100 % tax-deductible official gift receipt?
Great option and THANK YOU!
A: 100% of your registration fee will be turned into a tax-deductible donation to the Life Time Foundation who will administer all proceeds – 100% benefitting Minneapolis Public Schools. You will receive an email from email@example.com by July 9th providing an official gift receipt. The Life Time Foundation is a public charity 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, federal tax ID: 03-0533192
Every day, over 30 Million children rely on the National School Lunch Program – and this number is increasing as more families are in need. In response to COVID-19, school districts around the country stepped up to make sure that no child goes hungry during these very challenging times.
Q: I did not receive the COVID-19 update. How do I pick my option?
A: If you have ever unsubscribed from a Life Time email, you will not receive any emails from Life Time Events. Please email Athlete Services and we can check your email status. In the meantime, please visit the event page to read the announcement and make your selection.
Q: How long will it take to get my refund?
A: On average, it takes 3-10 business days but some banks may take longer. Please allow 3-25 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.
Q: My credit card has expired, where will I receive my refund?
A: The refund can only be posted to the same credit card you used to register. We recommend reaching out to your bank to locate those funds after the refund has been processed.
Q: I picked an option, but didn’t receive a confirmation email.
A: You will not receive a confirmation as the form is to gather information. Once your donation or refund has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
