Life Time Tri Minneapolis truly lets you "Race the Lakes" and more! The race starts with a swim in the calm, warm waters of Lake Nokomis. Next, racers bike the beautiful roads overlooking the Mississippi River and surrounding Lake Harriet. The event finishes with a run around Nokomis and a finish line that lets right into our amazing post-race festival.
