Life Time Tri Minneapolis is Minnesota's premier triathlon and this iconic event features one of the most scenic urban swim/bike/run courses in the United States. A swim in Lake Nokomis is followed by a relatively flat but winding tour that includes Minneapolis, St. Paul and the Mississippi River that divides them. A fast, flat run around Lake Nokomis finishes the race before being greeted by a raucous crowd of VIPs, prefoessional triathletes, vendors and musical entertainment.
